Key Terms and Conditions
1. Residential Properties Only
• These terms apply exclusively to residential properties.
2. Pricing
• All prices include GST.
• Final pricing is subject to a site visit. If there are any changes to the quoted price, they will be communicated prior to installation, and the revised quote must be accepted before work proceeds.
3. Roof and Installation Specifications
• Maximum allowable roof pitch: 25 degrees.
• Additional charges may apply for roof types other than tile and iron.
4. Switchboard Requirements
• Adequate space in the switchboard is required. Any upgrades necessary to meet current standards will incur additional fees.
5. Exclusions
• Height access equipment is not included and may incur additional charges if required.
6. Travel and Location
• Travel and installation costs are included for standard service areas.
• A travel expense may be added for installations outside standard service areas, based on the location.
