1. Residential Properties Only

These terms apply exclusively to residential properties.

2. Pricing

All prices include GST.
Final pricing is subject to a site visit. If there are any changes to the quoted price, they will be communicated prior to installation, and the revised quote must be accepted before work proceeds.

3. Roof and Installation Specifications

Maximum allowable roof pitch: 25 degrees.
Additional charges may apply for roof types other than tile and iron.

4. Switchboard Requirements

Adequate space in the switchboard is required. Any upgrades necessary to meet current standards will incur additional fees.

5. Exclusions

Height access equipment is not included and may incur additional charges if required.

6. Travel and Location

Travel and installation costs are included for standard service areas.
A travel expense may be added for installations outside standard service areas, based on the location.

Terms and Conditions: The data regarding homeowners going solar is obtained through the Electricity Authority, based on the network your region falls under. For example, PowerCo covers Bay of Plenty, but the statistics provided may represent a collection of all regions covered by the respective network. By submiting you acknowledge this and Solar Hub is not liable if the data changes.

Terms & Conditions – Auckland FC Solar Promotion

These Terms & Conditions govern the Auckland FC Solar Promotion offered by Solar Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms:

1. Promotion Overview

• Customers who request a free solar quote during the promotional period will be entered into a draw to win an Auckland FC jersey.

• Customers who proceed with a solar installation with Solar Hub will receive two (2) free tickets to an upcoming Auckland FC home game.

2. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over.

• The free quote must be requested directly through Solar Hub’s official website, authorized representatives, or promotional channels.

• The solar installation must be completed through Solar Hub to qualify for the free tickets.

3. Prize Details

• Auckland FC Jersey Draw:

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible free quote requests.

• The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

• Auckland FC Match Tickets:

• Customers who proceed with a solar installation will receive two (2) general admission tickets to an upcoming Auckland FC home game.

• Ticket allocation is subject to availability and will be provided via email or collection.

4. General Terms

• The promotion runs for a limited time only and may be withdrawn or modified at any time at Solar Hub’s discretion.

• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative rewards.

• The promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

• Solar Hub is not responsible for game cancellations, rescheduling, or lost tickets once issued.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

• By participating, you agree to Solar Hub collecting and using your contact details for promotional and marketing purposes.

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and not shared with third parties without consent.

6. Liability

• Solar Hub is not responsible for errors, technical failures, or other issues that may impact participation.

• By entering, participants release Solar Hub from any liability related to the promotion or prizes.

Terms & Conditions – $5,000 Prize Draw & Monthly Blues Ticket Giveaway

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the $5,000 prize draw (“Promotion”) and the monthly Blues ticket giveaway for customers who have installed a solar system through on-ground activations during the Blues season. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion runs from 15th February 2025 to 31st May 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

• Only solar system installations completed and fully paid within this period are eligible.

• The monthly Blues ticket giveaway will run for the duration of the Blues season, with winners selected every month.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible, participants must:

• Be a resident of New Zealand and at least 18 years old.

• Have purchased and installed a solar system through the on-ground activations at a Blues event during the Promotion Period.

• Ensure the system is fully installed and operational by Before end of prize.

• Have no outstanding payments or contractual disputes with Solar Hub NZ Ltd.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Solar Hub NZ Ltd and its affiliates are not eligible.

4. Entry into the Draws

• Each eligible installation automatically grants:

1. One (1) entry into the $5,000 prize draw.

2. One (1) entry per month into the Blues ticket giveaway until the end of the Blues season.

• Customers must ensure all required documentation, including proof of installation and payment, is submitted to Solar Hub NZ Ltd before the draw dates.

5. Prize Details

A. $5,000 Grand Prize

• One lucky winner will receive $5,000 NZD as a cash prize.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

B. Monthly Blues Ticket Giveaway

• Each month, one winner will receive two (2) free tickets to the next Blues home game.

• Ticket winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be contacted via phone and email. If a winner does not claim their tickets within 7 Days days, another winner may be selected.

• The tickets are non-transferable and must be used for the specified game.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The $5,000 winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 31st May 2025.

• The monthly ticket giveaway winners will be drawn at the end of each month during the Blues season.

• Winners will be contacted via phone and email within 2 days of the draw.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Solar Hub NZ Ltd reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

7. Publicity & Consent

• By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including social media, website announcements, and event publicity.

• The names and locations of winners may be published on Solar Hub NZ Ltd’s official platforms.

8. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

• Solar Hub NZ Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with these Terms.

• Any attempt to manipulate the draws will result in immediate disqualification.

9. Liability & Indemnity

• Solar Hub NZ Ltd is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or disputes arising from participation in this Promotion.

• The prizes are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees beyond what is required by New Zealand law.

Blues Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

• Employees of Solar Hub NZ LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Conditions:

• To qualify, participants must sit a free solar quote and be a homeowner.

• Entries are only valid for homeowners considering solar installation.

• Only one entry per household is permitted.

• Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

3. Promotion Period:

• The giveaway runs from [Start Date] until 5th March 2025, 11:59 PM NZT. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

4. Prize Details:

• The winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Blues vs Brumbies match.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement:

• The winner will be randomly selected and contacted via email or phone by 6th March 2025.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.

6. General Conditions:

• By entering, participants agree to these terms and to be contacted by Solar Hub NZ LTD regarding their solar quote.

• Solar Hub NZ LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control arise.

• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any rugby organization.
