Terms & Conditions – $5,000 Prize Draw & Monthly Blues Ticket Giveaway

 

1. Introduction

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the $5,000 prize draw (“Promotion”) and the monthly Blues ticket giveaway for customers who have installed a solar system through on-ground activations during the Blues season. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

2. Promotion Period

• The Promotion runs from 15th February 2025 to 31st May 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

• Only solar system installations completed and fully paid within this period are eligible.

• The monthly Blues ticket giveaway will run for the duration of the Blues season, with winners selected every month.

 

3. Eligibility

 

To be eligible, participants must:

• Be a resident of New Zealand and at least 18 years old.

• Have purchased and installed a solar system through the on-ground activations at a Blues event during the Promotion Period.

• Ensure the system is fully installed and operational by Before end of prize.

• Have no outstanding payments or contractual disputes with Solar Hub NZ Ltd.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Solar Hub NZ Ltd and its affiliates are not eligible.

 

4. Entry into the Draws

• Each eligible installation automatically grants:

1. One (1) entry into the $5,000 prize draw.

2. One (1) entry per month into the Blues ticket giveaway until the end of the Blues season.

• Customers must ensure all required documentation, including proof of installation and payment, is submitted to Solar Hub NZ Ltd before the draw dates.

 

5. Prize Details

 

A. $5,000 Grand Prize

• One lucky winner will receive $5,000 NZD as a cash prize.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

 

B. Monthly Blues Ticket Giveaway

• Each month, one winner will receive two (2) free tickets to the next Blues home game.

• Ticket winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be contacted via phone and email. If a winner does not claim their tickets within 7 Days days, another winner may be selected.

• The tickets are non-transferable and must be used for the specified game.

 

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The $5,000 winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 31st May 2025.

• The monthly ticket giveaway winners will be drawn at the end of each month during the Blues season.

• Winners will be contacted via phone and email within 2 days of the draw.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Solar Hub NZ Ltd reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

 

7. Publicity & Consent

• By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including social media, website announcements, and event publicity.

• The names and locations of winners may be published on Solar Hub NZ Ltd’s official platforms.

 

8. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

• Solar Hub NZ Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of fraudulent activity or non-compliance with these Terms.

• Any attempt to manipulate the draws will result in immediate disqualification.

 

9. Liability & Indemnity

• Solar Hub NZ Ltd is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or disputes arising from participation in this Promotion.

• The prizes are provided “as is” with no warranties or guarantees beyond what is required by New Zealand law.
